Line Functions:

Achieves full automation of the rubber product vulcanization process and associated pre- and post-processes. This includes all steps from rubber blank loading, product vulcanization, mold removal, mold cleaning, finished product sorting, to finished product boxing, forming a closed-loop process and enabling automated production.

Line Applications:

1. Rubber materials, including Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Fluoroelastomer (FKM), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Natural Rubber (NR), Butyl Rubber (IIR), Recycled Rubber, etc.

2. Silicone materials, solid silicone with various hardness levels (Shore A 35 to 70).

3. Suitable products: Rubber and silicone O-rings, gaskets and sealing products, various rubber and silicone miscellaneous parts that are easy to demold.

1. The line is fully equipped with an electrical control system officially certified by Siemens, complying with CE European standards.

2. The line is composed of different modular systems based on product requirements. Specific parameters and data will be determined after a detailed plan is formulated.
